The staff's excellent guest services truly stood out - they were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring our every need was met throughout our stay.One of the highlights was the lovely terrace where we enjoyed the beautiful city views. The room was not only beautiful and clean but also equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including a coffee machine and a comfortable seating area. The breakfast, though off-site, was a pleasant surprise - a short walk to a nearby cafe where we indulged in a delicious meal, starting our day on a high note. The hotel offers tours and ticket assistance, making it convenient for guests to explore the popular points of interest nearby. The 24-hour front desk and free WiFi added to the overall convenience of the stay. Na Hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and a touch of local charm - making it a memorable destination for any traveler looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Chiapas.
